What’s inside

Three things, every Monday. No filler.

  • 01

    The stack of the week.

What I’m running. Dose, brand, day count, why.

  • 02

    Vetted sources.

Who I trust, who I dropped, who the community verified.

  • 03

    One N=1 protocol.

Blood work, body comp, the dose I bumped, the dose I cut.

Stack No. 09 · Sunday May 24

I cut my GLP-1 dose in half. The fat loss didn't stop.

Day 84 of the 12-week Retatrutide protocol. Down 22 lbs. Held muscle.

Here's what nobody tells you about the second month on a GLP-1: the food noise comes BACK. Not as loud, but back.

What I did: bumped the dose from 6mg to 8mg for two weeks. Bad call. Lost an extra pound of muscle. Bad trade.

So I dropped it back. To 4mg. And here's what happened. The fat loss didn't stop. It accelerated. Because — and this is the part most people miss — what was driving the fat loss wasn't the dose anymore. It was the meal pattern I'd built around the dose.

BPC-157, quietly rewriting recovery.

If you’ve ever pulled a tendon or blown out a shoulder — this letter is going to change the game for you. BPC-157BPC-157 · mechanismPentadecapeptide. Tendon, gut, recovery. The repair signal., 250 mcg twice daily, subq, sixty days. By day twenty-one the ache was gone. By day forty I was back under the bar. Straight fresh from the N=1.

The peer-reviewed work on the mechanism is solid. The human clinical evidence is still thin — the molecule can’t be patented, so nobody funded the big trial. What you’re left with is what the community has actually run. That’s what The Stack is for.

Start low, go slow. BPC-157 is the star player — TB-500TB-500 · mechanismThymosin Beta-4 fragment. Soft-tissue + recovery. Pairs with BPC-157. is the support, KPV the role player. In the full letter: the stack, the reconstitution math, the two sources I trust this quarter.
