What's in the fridge right now.

Eight vials, four boxes, and the three things I dropped this quarter — by brand, by dose, by day.

Live Stack · Q3 2026

7 min read

It's 6:14 AM. I open the door, count eight vials and four boxes, and realize half of them weren't there a year ago. Some are running protocols. One is a vendor I dropped on Tuesday. One is something I haven't told anyone I'm taking. This is the letter where I tell you all of it.

Most newsletters in this space hide the brands. Most of them generalize the doses. Most of them tell you what their guests run, not what they run. I'll name every vendor in this fridge — and every vendor I dropped this quarter — by the end of this letter. That's the deal. That's the only reason this letter is worth your inbox.

If you've ever wondered whether the protocols you read about online are the protocols the writer is actually running — this is the letter that settles it for me. What follows is the current shelf. Brand, dose, day count, one number from my last labs, and the one mistake I made trying to titrate up.

TK · One paragraph of context between this compound and the next. Why this one came BEFORE that one in the protocol order. Or what the doctor said when I named the dose. Or the symptom that pushed me to start.

One number, from this month's draw.

If you take nothing else from this letter, take this. The whole point of writing protocols down is so the next draw can tell you whether you were right. Here's mine.

TK · One paragraph of context for the number — what it was before the protocol, what changed, what I'm still watching, what I'd want to see next quarter to call it real.

And what I dropped.

I promised at the top I'd name the vendors I cut. Here they are. Most influencers add to the list. Sometimes the more important move is subtracting.

The rule that runs all of it.

TK · One paragraph of setup for the closing rule. Why it matters. Where it came from. Who I learned it from.

Start low. Go slow. Build the stack against your three goals, not somebody else's.

Next Monday I open a compound I haven't talked about yet. The one I almost cut, then doubled down on. Doses, brand, the labs after week six. Don't unsubscribe before that one lands. — Barry
